Enterprise pricing, priced the way each product is used.
One shared platform base covers every DSX product you license. On top of it, DSX Insight is priced by the pages it processes, DSX IQ by the people asking, DSX Guard by the users it protects. All three step down as you scale, and all three include the whole product.
Questions about what this costs.
What will my total cost be?
Three parts. One shared platform base — $25,000 a year for the first product, plus $10,000 a year for each additional product. Then usage for each product you license: per page for DSX Insight, per user for DSX IQ and DSX Guard, with a per-indexed-document rate alongside the IQ licence. Then your own public-LLM API consumption, if you use public models. A worked total for your volumes comes with your quote.
What does the platform base cover?
Deployment, support and maintenance across every DSX product you license, and local LLM usage. It is charged once, not per product — the first product carries it and each additional product adds $10,000 a year rather than a second base.
Why is AI model usage not included?
Because it is not ours to resell. Where the platform uses a public LLM or third-party AI API, you provide and configure your own provider keys, and consumption, billing, quotas, provider choice and service terms stay with you. Local model usage is included in the base, so a fully on-premise deployment has no separate model bill.
Are there feature tiers?
No. Every capability of every product is included at every volume. What changes with scale is the rate, not the feature set — the per-page, per-user and per-document rates all step down as your numbers grow.
If we run Insight and IQ over the same documents, do we pay twice?
No. Insight is priced per page processed and IQ per document indexed, so the same material is never counted on both meters. IQ document counts are measured against the live index, and files removed from a connected share drop out of the count at the next scheduled sync.
Do we have to license all three products?
No. Each product works on its own and is licensed separately. Most organisations start with the most urgent problem and add the others later, at which point the additional-product rate applies rather than a second platform base.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
DSX Insight usage can be prepaid annually at a 15% saving. Volume tiers apply on top of that, and both are reflected in your quote.
How do we get a real number?
Bring your volumes — pages a year, users, or documents to index. We map them to the rate tiers and return a written quote, normally within a day.
