AI document intelligence for enterprise workflows.

Not just extraction. A decision layer for enterprise documents.

Turn unstructured documents into validated data, contextual understanding and operational decisions — within one governed workflow.

40M+ pages a year at enterprise scale

Proven throughput in live production.

The problem

Document work is still trapped between people, PDFs, and disconnected systems.

Enterprise teams do not need another OCR tool. They need an intelligence layer that reads, understands, answers, routes, validates, and triggers the next action — the difference is set out in IDP vs OCR.

Manual review

People keying and checking pages by hand, page after page.

Slow decisions

Approvals stall while documents wait in queues and inboxes.

Hidden knowledge

Answers are buried in archives no one has time to read.

Hard-to-audit AI

Black-box outputs teams can't trace, verify, or defend.

Disconnected workflows

Data re-typed across systems that never talk to each other.

Core capabilities

Classify. Understand. Extract. Validate. Interact. Automate.

One connected lifecycle that turns unstructured documents into validated data, contextual understanding, answers, decisions, and automated pipelines.

Document Classification

Automatically identify document types and route each file to the right model, rule, review path, and business process.

Document type detection Custom document classes Confidence scoring Auto-routing by class

Document Understanding

Extraction tells you what is written. Understanding tells you what it means — context, entities, clauses, tables, relationships, risks, and business meaning inside documents.

Context and entity analysis Clause and section detection Risk and anomaly signals Summaries and highlights

Data Extraction

Capture structured fields, tables, line items, dates, amounts, IDs, terms, and key values from complex business documents.

Field extraction Table and line-item capture Validation-ready outputs Automatic validation on every field

Talk with Documents

Let users ask questions of the document in front of them, or of a collection you point it at, and receive source-backed answers from document content.

LLM-powered document chat Source references Archive-level Q&A Decision summaries

Document-Driven Pipelines

Automate what happens next with rule-based pipelines that trigger validation, checks, routing, decisions, and system updates.

Visual pipeline design Business rules and conditions Validation and exception routing API-first system integration
One platform

Not just OCR. Not just document chat.

An intelligence and automation layer connecting every stage into one auditable flow.

Document Understanding

Inspect every page one by one and go beyond keywords and field extraction by interpreting document content in context — entities, clauses, tables, relationships, risks, and business meaning.

That context is what lets enterprise workflows distinguish between similar terms, categories and concepts based on meaning rather than keyword matching alone.

FAQ

Questions about document intelligence.

Is this OCR?

No. OCR turns pixels into characters and stops there. DSX Insight classifies the document, reads what it means, extracts the fields your systems need, validates them against your rules, answers questions about the content and triggers the next step in the process. OCR is one input to that, not the product.

What happens to documents we cannot classify?

They are routed, not guessed. Anything below your confidence threshold goes to a review step with the page, the extracted values and the confidence attached, so a person decides in seconds rather than re-keying from scratch. The decision is recorded and the rule can be updated from it.

Can it handle our document types, or only standard forms?

Custom document classes and extraction schemas are part of every licence. Layout-heavy, inconsistent and scanned material is the normal case rather than the exception — the classifier is trained on your classes, not on a fixed catalogue.

How do we know an extracted value is right?

Every output carries its source and a confidence score, and every field can be validated against rules you define — formats, totals that must reconcile, values that must exist in another system. What was extracted, what passed, what failed and who approved it is preserved as process history.

Does it replace the people doing this work?

It removes the re-keying and the first-pass reading. Human review stays where your policy puts it, and the platform is built so it can be required before a decision is finalised. Teams typically move from processing every document to handling the exceptions.

How does it reach our existing systems?

Through APIs. DSX Insight runs as a standalone workspace or as an intelligence layer inside the ERP, CRM, case management or data warehouse you already run, and pipelines can write back to them rather than producing a file someone has to move.

Where does it run?

Cloud, private cloud or on-premise, with local model options where data residency requires it. Deployment scope is evaluated against your security requirements rather than assumed.

How is it priced?

A shared platform base plus a per-page rate that steps down as annual volume grows. Every capability is included at every volume — there are no feature tiers.

Ready to see it on your documents?

Bring your document-heavy process. We'll show classification, understanding, extraction, document chat, and automation working end to end.
